Costco Pharmacy

I’ve given Costco Pharmacy four chances, and each visit has gotten worse. This time they couldn’t find my insurance in their system? And told me to wait off to the side. They completely forgot about me, and I ended up waiting 40 minutes for one prescription that was already ready…Poor communication and disorganized service. I’m moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

We have shopped at Shoreline Costco as executive membership customers for almost 30 years without complaint, until now. A year ago, my wife began to have her prescriptions filled at this, unfriendly pharmacy, so she could pick them up when she shopped. It’s four common, generic maintenance drugs on automatic refill, no controlled substances or supply chain issues, there has always been insurance on file and some are filled for cash on the Costco executive membership plan, which would be abundantly clear to any staff member checking the patient profile to review how the prescription was filled and billed on the previous fill. Great prices and friendly staff. The pharmacy always has numerous people working, so the line moves along at a decent pace.

I wish I had checked the reviews. On Friday I was told Saturday. At the end of the day Saturday I was told Monday morning. Arrived Monday an hour after start and was told 30 min. An hour later I was told 15. 45 minutes later it is finally ready. Never using this pharmacy again. If you're lucky enough to check these reviews, go elsewhere!!

The workers at the COSTCO pharmacy are totally amazing. We had a mixup with our prescriptions, not COSTCO's fault, and they resolved the issues quickly over the phone. These 89+ seniors are grateful.
