Costco Pharmacy

We were pleasantly surprised to find that you don't need a Costco membership to use their pharmacy. We've been having all our prescriptions filled here for a couple of years and they are super friendly and fast and there is almost never a line. The people there treat us like friends and are happy to be helpful. If you're tired of the experience you feel stuck with at CVS in thirty-minute lines leading to angry employees, you will love Costco Pharmacy. Show a form of ID at the front door and tell them you have something to pick up at the pharmacy. If you're not a member, they might even walk you back the first few times. This is a hidden gem of a pharmacy that I highly recommend.

I come here every 3-months or so to refill my prescriptions and I'm notified by text when they are ready for pick-up. .The prescriptions are always ready and filled correctly; the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. I think people are very impatient if there is a slight delay in collecting their prescription. Things do happen, but it's nonsense to brand the whole operation as incompetent because of a delay. I was there the other day and there was a problem with a young man attempting to collect his prescription. Instead of going nuts, he said he would continue with his shopping and return when, hopefully, the prescription was filled. A good way to handle a bump in the road.

I think Costco Pharmacy is fantastic and that the staff goes above and beyond to help with any issues and is friendly and helpful. Why anyone would give a negative review is beyond me. Thanks Pharmacy at Costco. You rock

Decent benefits for Costco members, but this location has inconsistent customer service. Usually it takes a while for someone to come to the register unless another customer is already being helped, and I've never had anyone so much as pop their head out and say "hey, be with you in just a minute." If I had to get prescriptions more often, I'd probably go somewhere else.

If a service requires more than a cart, an empty box, and quality ingredients or products, this Costco can’t handle it. The customer service at this pharmacy is slow, their computer systems are often not functioning properly, and they can not keep track of prescriptions coming in from doctors. This is the THIRD time my doctor has sent in a prescription and they have ensured me they never received it. After insisting they check the back, it always turns up. It takes roughly 3 to 5 minutes per customer and waiting in a line of three people can be a 15 minute ordeal. Their prices are top notch but if you can swing to pay a little extra and value customer service, go elsewhere.
