Costco Pharmacy

Costco is just a huge Wal Mart. But believe it or not the people, for the most part, are more rude than wal mart shoppers. They seem to think they own the parking lot and the same for the aisles in the store. They need to slow down and watch where they're instead of speeding down the aisle like it's their own runway.

I LOVE COSTCO!! Well stocked, clean, neat, and AFFORDABLE if you like quantity and HIGH QUALITY!! Very helpful crew at North Michigan Road in Indy! You gotta like to be in a busy, engaged environment though! Great hearing aids, wonderful pharmacy, and a SUPER STORE!! Thanks, Costco!!

I have to say, our Costco pharmacy (96 & Michigan, Indianapolis, IN) is the Best! I haven't had that first problem with prescriptions and refills. I never seem to have to wait long for someone to 'check' the prescription either. The individuals who staff the check-out registers are knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve had multiple problems with this pharmacy. But have not posted a review until today. Previous problems. 1. Claiming they have not received a prescription when the Doctor has objective evidence of the prescription being sent to them. 2. Calling to say a prescription was ready and when I arrived it was not, multiple times. And I had to wait for them to fill the prescription! Today a Saturday (03/09/2019) I arrived at the pharmacy at 1:30 pm. It was closed with a sign saying they would return at 2:30. Their sign states that when there is only one pharmacist they will be closed between 1:30 & 2:30 for 30 minutes. I called the store administrative office and asked if I could just pick up the prescription and they said no. Why would you staff the pharmacy with only one person on a Saturday

Worest service i’ve ever received. First visit waited for just under 2 hours for 1 prescription when I was told it would take 30 min. Second visit called in a refill and was told it would take 1.5 to fill. I came in 2.5 hours later and it still wasn’t ready, waited an additional 20 min.
