Costco Pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be good but now they tell you your medication is out of stock all the time. Even the most basic prescriptions. I've been going here for years and never have been told any medication I went to pick up was out of stock. They always used to do it within 20 minutes of being there. Some staff has changed, there was no issues before then. I will say that the service is fast and prices are good but getting told that medication is out of stock every time you bring a prescription is annoying.

This is the worst pharmacy in Monmouth County. I've missed 3 maintenance doses because of them. Always ask for the professional licensing information from the pharmacist-in-charge and count the pills at the counter. Record every conversation on the phone with them as well. Document everything and then prepare a small claims suit.

Very RUDE pharmacy manager. BRING VIPIN BACK!!!!!!! Short staffed and very, very lazy. If you don't want to goto work THEN DON'T. No reason for you to show up and make all the customers miserable. You are running costco pharmacy into the toilet. It's your job to give each customer prices and HAPPILY answer all thier questions. Customers have the right to check and compare prices. You also need to stop using central fill because your lazy and do not want to fill and count out medication the same day. Horrible, Horrible pharmacy. Customers stay away, especially if your thinking of transferring a medication. They see that as extra work, it will take a week and then will refuse to do it. The staff here at the Hazlet Costco are the nastiest people! I was there today and the cashier was very rude she didn’t even speak she just made loud grunts at me except to say step over here in a nasty way. Then threw my items down the belt as she scanned them. And to think you actually have to pay to have a membership to shop here. You think you’d be treated decently, but no.

I went to the store after almost 60 days. I was told there is a limit of people entering the store but today the Hazlet store was a disaster. I was shocked to see many people inside the store at a time. No one was keeping the 6 feet distance . I felt so scared being in the store and really regret the decision that I made to come to the store . There was barely any meat left. Hope people working there will be a little more cautious about the number of people that are let in. We were in the store for more than an hour and half and saw that the meat dept was cutting and Packing beef . When asked if he could have two packs he told us to go back and ask in 20 minutes . We went back after 20 mins and he completely ignored us and kept cutting the meat. In a normal situation we can u unders
