Mon Sept 25 2023 4:44 p.m. ordered glucose meter kit last Friday picked up today. appreciate the call special order came in can't best $18 elsewhere at other pharmacies cvs or Walgreens costs much more for the same brand and meter kit. Covid vaccine not yet in stock . once Costco has it I store; I'll have to remember to check if convered by insurance or out of pocket. excellent service love the phone and In person. fortunately this location had Pfizer covid vax in stock Pharmacist Tina and team very helpful and courteous.

Had a worst experience today with Costco pharmacy. Rudest and Arrogant pharmacist ever I came across in my life. They do not follow up with Dr. for prescription, when asked for explanation they give rude answer. Some need to be trained how to be humble with patients.

I got my goodrx prescription filled here they wouldn't honor the $5.99 gold pricing and said I had to pay $10.99 for my prescription. They said they weren't contracted with them for the gold which doesn't make sense because their pricing for gold and good rx is automatically shown when choosing Costco

This Costco pharmacy employees never updated about your medication even you’re doctor sent you medication two weeks early they never inform your they have in stock or back order that medication until you called it then I ask can you faxed to my doctor if you don’t have or back order she denied it she told me you call your doctor we don’t call or fax this old pharmacist really well take care this pharmacy new one sucks

I had to change pharmacy’s recently because of convenience and I had to leave Costco which made me sad. The staff is excellent Extremely helpful.
