Costco Pharmacy

Overall I have no issues with the pharmacy here. Occasionally long lines but that's not really their fault. They get the occasional person who treats the clerk like a doctor in an office instead of just picking up and moving along. Typically I'll get a reminder text asking if I want to refill. I say yes and then they text me when it's done. I go pick it up. Pretty simple system.

The large manager is a jerk. Everyone else is nice and willing to help. However, likely won’t ever use this pharmacy again.

I love my Costco pharmacy crew. Always nice and polite.

I've used many pharmacy's before. It's common sense that pharmacy's are busy, most times understaffed and over worked. Yes, there have been lines at times when I pick my medicine up and sometimes no line, it's a pharmacy so I know to expect one or the other. I've never waited too terribly long and the staff is always friendly and on point. Seems like the other complaints on here are from people expecting no line and immediate service, good luck trying to find that with a pharmacy! Costco pharmacy is the best I've experienced hands down.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. Most are due to pain meds it seems. The pharmacy is fine. Sometimes a wait, sometimes not, they answer all questions and help.
