Costco Pharmacy

Costco Pharmacy in Dedham provides EXCEPTIONAL care and service. I switched from CVS about a year ago, and I’m so glad I did. I use their services regularly. The wait time is brief or non-existent. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient. HIGHLY recommended.

Great staff. Always very helpful and l love that they give you privacy when you need to speak to a Pharmacist alone.

Terrible. Every time I call the employees are so rude. I have to call and physically ask them to order my prescription every time, they won’t just do it on their own. When I bring that up, they get condescending and try to blame it on me. The only reason I ever came here was because my insurance wouldn’t cover my medication, and this was the cheapest way. I’m now asking my doctor to find something else to put me on because I cannot tolerate the attitude and stress I get just from trying to get my prescription.

Really great prices on pet meds. I think there’s a way to refill via the app but I don’t know how so I just call
