Costco Pharmacy

Brittany(sp?) is the MVP. I showed up right before closing (not realizing) and asked if I could do a walk in flu shot. She says "Of course!" Then I see her coworker shutting the lights off. She was fast, and gentle. I was apologizing, asking if she's sure she has the time, and she said "Oh its fine its no problem" just happy to be spreading flu protection. All of the pharmacists here are on point with my prescription as well. I've never had an issue with them processing my insurance or receiving my prescription unlike Walgreens or Kroger Pharmacy. Thanks again Brittany!

The staff here are so nice and helpful, especially considering all the garbage that insurance puts us through. But last time I came in, there were over 10 people in line, and only one poor guy running the register! Come on now. As a former retail professional of 5+ years, an evening rush on weekdays should be anticipated.

The pharmacy techs are consistently friendly and helpful at this location. I'm especially appreciative of Pharmacist, Kim. Despite appearing absolutely swamped, she's always been patient and kind with me. I'm glad I switched to Costco Pharmacy from Publix.

The staff has been nothing but nice to me on the phone and in person. They’ve helped me and my wife finding the medication we needed. Yes I will admit getting a call back is seldom. But I’ve had no issues getting someone on the phone. Cashiers have always been nice and quick getting you through check out.

Re: Kiyoyo and Patrick in the Hiram pharmacy Nick or whom this concerns, I encountered a very disappointing experience with one of your pharmacy cashiers at the Dallas/ Hiram location today (Kiyoyo? I apologize in advance, I’m not sure of the correct spelling of her name). After I provided my name, phone number, and my husband's details to locate my pet's account, this particular cashier became agitated and condescending. She stated my husband must have received a text about his medication instead of our dog, implying we were at fault. I showed her a screenshot of a text from Costco confirming a request for "Elizabeth," which eventually led her to discover that the system had my pet’s name incorrectly listed as my own. Despite my request to search again, her attitude remained unhelpful
