Costco Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff is fantastic. Willing to go out of their way to help customers. I’m always thankful for the efforts of the staff at this location. They have repeatedly provided me with superior service.

From my experience over the past year with Costco's pharmacy, it seems like there is a 2 day delay from when it's called in from my prescriber to when it gets filled by Costco. I normally have to call and ask if they received the script and then they fill it. Wish it was less hand holding to get my meds.

Pet medications are 1/3rd the price than at the vet office! My dog is on a heart medication called vetmedin. It would cost me $300.00 a month at the vet, but I only pay $120.00 at Costco. The staff are really nice and helpful too.

Being able to kill two birds with one stone is a huge time saver. When I have a prescription, I drop it off as soon as I enter the store, I do my shopping and make one last stop to the pharmacy before checkout. They've always had someone on both registers working to quickly help customers, minimizing the time spent in line. I have never come across bad customer service. They're always eager to help and will go above and beyond. I can tell that they genuinely care and are doing their best to please customers, getting them in and out and making sure the customer has piece of mind.
