Costco Pharmacy

This review is for the pharmacy staff at the Costco Pharmacy on Havana Street in Aurora, Colorado. These guys are rock stars and they always go above and beyond. They actually call you if there’s an issue with a new prescription or refill. Who does that anymore?Every staff member is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about getting you your prescriptions. No problem is too small and they've repeatedly gone out of their way to resolve issues with my doctors and insurance company (which like all insurance companies, is a complete and utter cluster). It’s rare to find this level of service anywhere these days. I wish all of my customer service experiences were as good as I've had here.

Incosiderate rude people. Pharmacist used to care about their paitents and now they dont. I called ahead to get my Perscriptions pushed through. And confined the specific one i qas needing They failed to comunicate a step needed by me that i didnt know about ahead of time. When i checked out iw as rudely shoved away to far window and no attempt to fix my issue real tome after waiting in 30 minutes after 20 minutes of waitinf for Perscription to conplete. So 50 min post call Go to the other window to ask for assitance and im told what the issue is that was failed to be comu icated over the phone to me I asked them tl call and get the issue resolve and personally put my Perscription through cuz i couldnt wait another hour The lady was rude and i asked and made it clear i called ahead an

Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. I have not had any problems with this pharmacy in the 6ish months I've been using it. Prescriptions come in fast!

I go out of my way to pick up my prescriptions at Costco instead of a pharmacy in my neighborhood because the technicians are so kind, friendly, and helpful here. Alyssa, Mi, Brittany, and Jessie went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you the 5* service!
