Costco Pharmacy

Excellent customer service! Very grateful for the care I recently received from Chantelle and Mahlia. Mahlia spent a great amount of time working with my doctor’s office to get my medication refilled- even making an extra effort to call the office back after not hearing back from them before the day was over. Her persistence truly made me feel like a valued member. The pharmacy technicians and cashiers are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable- willing to take time to counsel and listen to concerns. I’m very pleased with Costco Pharmacy in Apex!

Won't tell me if my prescription is there or not until i answer a bunch of random questions i can't even understand. I mean I've already lost hours of work today... now they expect me to stay on the phone for random things that have ZERO effect on IS MY PRESCRIPTION THERE OR NOT???!!! Completely misspelled my simple name, had to repeat repeat repeat simple things like birthdate. Walgreens it is even if it's more expensive.

Whatever you do, don't use the automated system to have them contact your physicial for a refill. Nothing will happen, you'll call back 2-3 days later, and find yourself in the same position. Why offer such a service if you won't actaully do it? This is twice now, won't make this mistake again.

Pharmacy at this location doesn’t do a good job. A specialist first name Angie, only one person first name Angie, hung up call on customer incompetent to close issue between hospital and Costco

Got our flu shots here this week! First time at this pharmacy. Chantelle was so professional, knowledgeable and kind! Will consider them my "go-to pharmacy"🙏
