Cornerstone Pediatrics

Slowest pediatric center I’ve ever been to. Been here over an hour and seen multiple people come and go before we can ever get ours seen.

Been using this pediatrician since 2021. Dr thibideaux is great!! So is Dr Christy and the other provider! (Sorry, I'm horrible at remembering names!) They're always very thorough and considerate of my kids. The nursing staff is also great! The front desk staff is always nice and polite! The ONLY con to this office for me is sometimes it's a long wait. AND the examine rooms get really hot. But I'm willing to do the waiting because of the quality of care!! I do wish the rooms weren't so hot but I've learned to just leave the door open when possible to stay cool during the visits. I can't recommend this practice enough! There's not another in town that's this nice. The shalom office has some of the rudest staff I've EVER seen and I wouldn't let them see my dog, much less my children!! So, if

Literally hung up on 4 times in a row saying they were putting me on hold once they finally listened to what I was asking was rude and transferred me yet again to what they call a “office manager” she demanded me to apologize bc I was hung up on. Filthy drs office, always waiting longer than scheduled appointment times…and receptionist barley knows communication skills..they clearly forget how they make their money PATIENTS!

I went there 6 years ago when my son was a newborn the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I had been waiting for a long time there and had to leave after waiting to see the doctor for so long. Mom son was crying and fussy because he was hungry I forgot his bottle at home and was not breastfeeding. So I had to leave after waiting 40 minutes from when my appointment was scheduled because my baby was hungry with no food. I was upset about the overly long wait. When I called later that day to reschedule his appointment another day. The staff told me that I was complaining and wasn’t welcome back. Beyond disrespectful rude unprofessional and inconsiderate. A new mom that was sleep deprived with an upset baby. This place was a terrible experience and need to do a better job picking professionals.

I will NEVER come back to this office. I use to really like it but now it does not matter why you’re here, it will be AT LEAST an hour and a half visit. 98% of that visit is you sitting and waiting, it’s HOT AS HELL IN HERE! 0 air flow in these rooms. The doctor sticks around for MAYBE 2 minutes. So I don’t know why it takes so long bc he’s not staying in any patient rooms very long. This is just bull honestly. I will find somewhere else to take my kids from here on out. I’m currently an hour and a half into our visit for a routine vaccination for my 4 year old, and no sign of them coming anytime soon. We are all burning up, sweating and faces red, including my 2 year old.
