Cornerstone Pediatric Associates of Kernersville

I try not to write reviews as I own a business but this one earned it ! Do not recommend this office we have switched as of today. Called because my son was vomiting and lethargic. We ran into rush hour traffic so we called told them we were running late (appointment 4:30) no problem they said. We showed up 4:42 on my watch and we were told we were too late to be seen by the blond receptionist. We told her we called she said they would have made a note basically calling my wife a liar. She stated we could go to urgent care . No we will switch thanks. Seems this place has forgotten the “Hippocratic Oath”.

We absolutely love this office and even though we just moved 35 minutes away to North Greensboro, we are not going to be switching our girls to another office and will stay here with Dr. Smith. The staff just absolutely love on our girls at every visit and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Both of our girls have had a few health concerns at an early age and Dr. Smith always listens to our concerns and is proactive, informative, and honest without being an alarmist. We've also had a great experience with the after-hours nurse triage line when we had some overnight or weekend urgent medical questions.

We live nearly 30 minutes away and still drive to see Dr. Smith. Both my kiddos love her and all of the nursing staff is FANTASTIC. We've never waited more than a few minutes for a sick or well visit. When my children are sick we are always able to be worked in same day which cannot be said about every doctors office. We also love the fact that they offer a Saturday morning clinic, this really has saved us from having long drawn out illnesses because we have to wait for Monday appointments. I think at this point we've seen every nurse and PA, and they've all been great. No complaints!

These folks are wonderful!!! They have helped this grandmother care for three grandchildren properly! It’s been a long time since I had an infant and they are always so helpful! The children LOVE Dr. Smith!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Such wonderful, truly thoughtful care!!!

We have been very happy with this practice. They are always able to get my kids in when needed same day. I have seen several of the providers and have been happy with all of them. I trust them. The nurses are always friendly and great with the kids as well.
