Where to start...I have had multiple issues with appointments being canceled with no notice and even showed up the other day for an appt to see a handwritten sign on the door stating they were closed. They didn't even call to let me know! So I had to call around other facilities just to get my meds refilled. I went in a few times in regards to my hand to be told it was arthritis and there was nothing they could do! Got a second opinion at the booneville facility to find out I had severe carpal tunnel and just had surgery. Needless to say they need to get it together something serious!!!
