Corewell Health Urgent Care - West Bloomfield

I had such a great experience at this urgent care today. From the moment I walked in and was greeted at the front desk, I felt welcomed and cared for. The receptionist was kind and professional, which immediately put me at ease. The nurse was very attentive and compassionate, and the doctor was absolutely wonderful — patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. I truly felt listened to and respected throughout my entire visit. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation a smooth and positive experience. It truly means a lot.

Such a positive experience at this urgent care. Found an appointment within 10 minutes, easy to complete paperwork, helpful office staff, super lovely PA and nurse. I was able to get the medication I needed and a shot and was done in about 20 minutes. Thanks sooooooo much!!!

Lauren Alessi was the PA I saw when I came in for bronchitis. Lauren took her time asking me questions, listening to my symptoms and my prior history, and gave me all around wonderful care. She knows what she is doing and I trust her fully and will definitely see her again if I have to come back. The nurse who took care of me before seeing Lauren was equally as incredible and kind, I wish I remembered her name but I was a little distracted with my symptoms. She had very beautiful long dark curly hair. She was very patient with me, treated me so kindly, and really helped me. This urgent care is very wonderful and I only had a short wait. In the past, when they were busy the most I’ve ever had to wait was maybe 40 minutes (which is still amazing to me, I’ve had to wait hours before at other

Clean, fast and convenient. I love the online option to choose an appointment time and reschedule if needed. I also find it very convenient to check-in beforehand, too. Everyone is super friendly and the doctors and nurse practitioners are great!

I never been to an Urgent care until today. Didn’t know what to expect. The young lady at the front was very sweet and helpful. The assistant Lala and the PA Faye were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the Corewell health urgent care on 15 and Orchard lake!
