One of the rudest reception staff interactions I have ever experienced. I felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I wish I could give less than a star. This was my first time here for imaging after a referral from my new doctor. I had already completed all paperwork through the portal and arrived early. At the registration desk, I wrote my name on the list and waited, but no one greeted or acknowledged me. After about 15 minutes, I went to check if I was in the right place. The person sitting next to the desk, Sonita, asked what I needed. I explained that I had been waiting and just wanted to confirm whether I had been checked in. She responded in a loud tone that the place where I wrote my name was only for lab registration, saying something like, “You were sitting here all th

Courteous, professional staff at lab blood draw at Corewell Canton. In spite of being very busy, lab front desk and phlebotomists were friendly and kept patients moving at steady clip. Keep up the good work!

The ladies in the lab have the most disgusting attitudes. A waiting room full of sick people and they are having conversation and goofing off, don’t dare ask how long of a wait you have because you’ll be verbally assaulted and told you should’ve made an appointment (there are non available for a week and you are there for an urgent medical condition).

They should make zero stars an option when reviewing this place. I’m making this review in the waiting room where I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to get labs done. They told me it would be 15 minutes and when you ask any clarifying questions they snap at you. They even told me they could accept a digital copy of the prescription if I emailed it to them and then said “but sometimes we never get the email.” It’s 2025…. What do you mean you don’t know if you can receive an email? And as I sit here, various people are going to the front to inquire by the wait and the uncharming receptionist just continually points at a sheet. Very disappointing first visit. The office felt dark and unwelcoming. After my flu shot, the medicine dripped from my arm — I’m not even sure I got the full dose. I waited for this appointment for 2 months and as a new patient today, I was also told the doctor is going on maternity leave in two weeks. Totally unreasonable to take new patients right now. Wouldn’t recommend this office.
