Found out about them from a promotion, and it's been a great experience. Had a lot of fun with the staff here. Dr Cho himself did my prophy. This is a whole new practice where they bought out the old one that was here. Come check it out! Their waiting area also has one of the most comfortable couches I've sat on in a long time.

I had an appointment with Coppell Star Dental. I did not have good experience with previous Dossett dental but my appointment went smoothly. Front desk staff Marisa was straight to the point and very helpful. I had really bad toothache and expected tooth extraction but doctor Cho could save my tooth with Root Canal treatment. Procedure was slightly long like an hour but totally worth it. I think he is the best dentist in this town. Strongly recommend dr Cho. His assistant was great with xrays as well 👍 Thank you

Arrived on time for my appointment waited 10 minutes for the front desk lady to arrived, she was very friendly at all times no complaint on her. However the office only has 3 working rooms, so we waited ONE HOUR in the waiting area, and about 20 minutes in the room the dentist was very unprofessional he didn’t even bother to introduce himself. He was on the phone while we were waiting in the chair to be seen him. A dental assistant had mention my child had cavities the dentist himself only opened my child’s mouth used no tools to check him and said “everything is fine” left the room like nothing. I had a few questions regarding his teeth but I was dismissed in less than 2 seconds. Will definitely not be returning here. Have to pay for my kids to be seen by a different dentist to give me a

Taking my brother for his first time check up here was the experience I would love for everyone else to have. It was easy and so simple! The staff made us feel safe, comfortable,& relaxed. Entire area was super clean, very calming energy giving off the staff. & thank you Gaby to make us feel special and attentive to our needs and answering our million questions! Very knowledgeable and never once made us feel unwelcome. Will definitely send my friends and family here for their teeth & me as well!

Very detail and kind. The hygienist, doctor, and staff were very thorough in explaining insurance cost and coverage. They were extremely patient and detailed in cleaning mine and my husband’s teeth. I had no pain with my teeth cleaning, which was a huge shock for me. I was seen on time and quickly. Would definitely recommend!
