Coppe and Sears Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

I took my son here for an exam yesterday and the place is really nice. Parking was tough but not a huge deal. The dentist we saw was Dr. Coppe and she was really nice and PATIENT with my sons inability to stay still! She answered all my questions and didn't rush off in any way to the next patient. The office itself is very bright and clean. The waiting room had a nice play area for kids. The star of the show for us was the assistant Julie though! She was so friendly and engaging with my son from beginning to end. She really knows how to deal with kids and parents. She's also patient and very knowledgeable too. We really liked her and this practice and would definitely recommend them.

We had an amazing experience at this pediatric dental office. My son suddenly started complaining of a bad toothache, and we discovered it was due to a cavity. The team was able to get us in the same day, which was such a relief as he was in a lot of pain. Katie McCafferty was incredible—she not only diagnosed the issue quickly but was also able to do the filling that same day. She was kind, patient, and truly knew how to talk to an anxious child. My son was extremely nervous, but she made him feel safe, calm, and even proud of himself by the end.I’m

We use the office for both orthodontics and regular care. The office is modern and staff is top notch from the receptionists all the way up to the gentle, caring and skilled dentists. They are responsive and always come through for us. Courtney and I strongly recommend this practice.

The doctors and dental hygienists are phenomenal, but I can’t say this of the 2 front desk staff. They don’t even acknowledge you with a smile or look at you in the eyes. You’re just a face and a number. And you can tell they cannot wait for you to get off their back. I was there wtih my severely disabled child explaining I needed an early morning appointment in 3 months, because his mini van takes him to a school 1h away - and I work full time and can’t drive him for 2h back and forth.. Nothing available before 6 months, not a word of compassion, not even a smile, not even a look in the eyes. I mean you choose to do a customer facing job and that’s how you handle yourself with customers? . You think your life is hard and grants you the right to be like this? Walk in my shoes for just one

Chad walked me through the process of temporarily fixing a near catastrophic (10 year old!) crisis when a bracket broke while away on summer vacation. Dr. Sears to the rescue.
