We have always appreciated Dr. Bieler’s care, but unfortunately the front desk experience has been extremely disappointing. When we recently called to schedule a follow-up appointment—as recommended by the doctor—the front desk staff was surprisingly hostile and unhelpful. They refused to schedule an appointment for December or January and abruptly hung up the phone. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, which made it very difficult to get the medical attention we were seeking. It’s unfortunate that such a good doctor is represented by an office staff whose behavior creates such a negative experience. I hope the practice addresses this issue, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise excellent clinician.

Sounds like a nice person, but I sure wish he would have sent my mom for a chest xray and more testing sooner instead of assuming it was just something viral 💔

We have had great results at this office. Dr. Taylor takes the time to listen and understand your needs. I love that he is willing to work with new treatments that are out.

I had encountered a breach of patient confidentiality by another medical entity Radnet Turnersville Nj which I entrusted in my Primary doctor agrawal and dr agrawal was extremely not helpful to my anxiety over the way I was treated at Radnet. Dr. Agrawal just kept on repeating herself "that we are all imperfect". We go to doctors because we are obviously imperfect. Not the kind of comfort a patient expects from their primary physician. Sad to leave the office considering the staff is excellent¡

Dr. Taylor provides excellent care. His evaluations are thorough and he geinually cares. Plus the office staff and nurses are wonderful as well.
