I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel at Premiere Dental Office. I needed a tooth extracted, and naturally I was a little nervous going in. However, Dr. Patel made the entire process incredibly smooth and comfortable. The extraction was done quickly and, to my surprise, completely painless. Dr. Patel was very professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled. He explained everything beforehand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff at the office were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. If you are looking for a dentist who is efficient, caring, and truly excellent at what he does, I highly recommend Dr. Patel at Premiere Dental Office. Thank you, Dr. Patel, for making what I expected to be a stressful experience so easy!

Dr. Dockery is simply the best! His personality is phenomenal, and his work is top-notch. I’m incredibly pleased with my visits to him. He made me feel incredibly comfortable. The office staff is also truly exceptional; they make me feel comfortable every time I visit.

I had a dentist appointment yesterday and the receptionist was unfortunately rude and condescending. Her tone became even worse when I asked about the missed appointment fee and why no courtesy could be offered, especially since it was my first time ever missing an appointment—and my daughter, who also comes here, has never missed one. I feel the fee is extremely high and the way it was handled was unprofessional. However, the dental hygienist was excellent—very informative and thorough. The doctor was outstanding as always: friendly, personable, and consistently in great spirits. His demeanor is the main reason I continue returning. Overall, the care was great, but the front desk experience needs improvement.

I usually get extremely anxious about going to the dentist, but my experience at Premier Dental in West Deptford with Dr. Dockery was amazing. He has such a calm and reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. He explained everything clearly, was gentle, and truly made the whole visit pleasant — not scary at all. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist who makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

Everyone was great! Front office, hygienist and dentist all so friendly & accommodating. I had my 3 month old with me and she was a little needy, but everyone was so encouraging and helpful! Highly recommend this practice and will be back!
