Advocare West Deptford Pediatrics

Very disappointed in this office, please listen as a mother of three special-needs children all on the autism spectrum and non-verbal do not use this office! They removed all three of my children from the office with no notice no note no information. I had my state representative call over and the Manager was very unprofessional! We used this office for almost 10 years. I am truly disgusted and so disappointed in the entire team. If you have children with special needs, please don’t bring them here. They are completely incapable of empathy, understanding, and having proper documentation to have such incidents like this avoided! With as many complications as all three of my children have the treatment that we received recently was so incredibly unkind. Please don’t take your kids here.

Dr. Sheehan was absolutely wonderful. She was patient with my nervous son and she was very respectful to his boundaries. It was refreshing to see a provider who shows respect to not only me but also my child. Thank you for being you!

Worst front desk staff. Had incorrect appointments booked by staff on wrong days and times. Also Advocare wants to meet their bonuses on vacines so they started to tell patients to leave. Bye bye! So happy patients are waking up!

All the doctors and staff have been very understanding and kind. They have been our pediatricians for 11+ years. I highly recommend.

Excellent care from our nurse practitioner- she was personable and instructional with my 10 year old son, minimal wait all around
