Cooper University Health Care - Moorestown Campus

As an employee of Cooper Hospital in Camden, I was very impressed with the Moorestown facility. Beautiful architecture, professional level of service and kindness from the providers and staff. Conveniently located at the Morristown mall with plenty of parking and easy access for major roads, including 295, route 73, route 38. Facility is brand new with many amenities. There are beautiful waiting areas from the main entrance all the way down the hall to the snack bar area. Amazing 20 foot wide screen viewing screens featuring video presentations of the local area such as the Camden aquarium and battleship NJ at the Camden Harbor. Comfortable and modern chairs and sofa style seating in front of these huge amazing screens. I’ve never seen anything like it. Beautiful to watch the video presen

Concerning the doctors and care I recieved, I'd give this a 5 star review. But I'm writing about the front desk staff at check in. I know they recieve a lot of people and busy days. Which is why I'm always patient and clear on the info they need to check me in. I'm always polite as well and thank them for their help. Which is why my experience there left me hurt and humiliated. About two weeks ago, I came in for a follow up. I had a head cold that wouldn't quit because I couldn't sleep for three days. I was miserable and extremely congested. But I had to show up for my follow up because the wounds from my procedure didn't look like they were healing well. After I was checked in by the only male worker at the front desk, I said "gotcha, thanks" and walked over to the waiting area. I said it

I had a great experience with Dr.Oumou, her and the medical assistant Savannah were both very kind and positive. Dr. Oumou made me feel comfortable and talked me through all the steps for my OBGYN appointment. It’s really hard to find places like this with professionals but also people who care. I will always be returning to this office from now on.

I absolutely love this place I have had 7 surgeries and a few procedures. The staff is absolutely amazing and caring the Dr . Are wonderful.. I haven't had a bad experience.. Just want to thank God for putting these caring people in my life ..I will never get another surgery anywheres else !!
