DISAPPOINTED!! I really love the doctors here, but today I encountered Danielle one of the receptionist. In the 2 years I have never had a problem communicating with any of the staff. But the professionalism and maturity that Danielle lacks, makes me question the professionalism of the company to employ staff that think it's okay to hang up on clients. I didn't yell, scream, or curse. I simply stated I did not get a reminder call. I even accepted ownership of the cancellation fee and asked to reschedule. She gave me my appt date and hung up. When I called back, she said we said bye. We did not!!! Now that experienced that I HAVE to find a new eye doctor for me and my children. Unfortunate, I am truly disappointed. I spoke with Danielle today. I wanted my husband to be seen today, but she could not reassure me that the doctor would waive the copay. He was seen last Thursday, and after his visit, his eye got worse. After recovering from the blurry vision after being dilated, everything became bright for him, and it continues to be bright. He was also experiencing severe pain. If we had gone and paid another co-pay, it would not have been fair because it was clear that it was someone's fault due to his eye not being like that when he first arrived at his appointment.

I hate making bad reviews but I had to do it. When my wife made a review about my eye being seen by doctor Ami Patel, they responded that they cannot discuss details because of HIPAA, at least they could of contact us about it. They don’t have that much client. They have no Empathy towards their clients. I was seen last Thursday, and after my visit, my eye got worse.
