Advocare Cohen Family Medicine

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I first saw this doctor for fatigue and other symptoms that pointed to an upper respiratory virus. Since that visit, my condition has worsened with shortness of breath and continued fatigue. I called the office multiple times for guidance and was told the doctor was “busy” and would get back to me, but no one followed up. When I finally spoke with staff, I was told dismissively that because I didn’t come in with those symptoms, I “didn’t have” another infection that was later detected, and that medication would be prescribed “if it makes you feel better.” The prescription was sent afterward, but there was still no communication or follow-up about the ongoing chest tightness and shortness of breath. nurse was friendly and easy to talk to but the Dr was rude and was in a rush to be done. I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited almost an hour to be seen. Dr didn’t make eye contact and when i asked a question about my pharmacy, he kept cutting me off and giving me an attitude.

Dr. Cohen is a great doctor. Always available and easy to talk to. Been going to him for years and was never disappointed.

Dr. Cohen does NOT show up to work on Wednesday. Has canceled on me when I most have needed of his assistance as a doctors. You have been warm that he Cancels your appointments with no worries. Staff is trained to cover up for him. Stay away from this offfice. PS. A Camden resident
