AFC Urgent Care Pennsauken

I showed up super late and last minute. The staff was efficient and took me in right away. The doctor was very kind and they waited for me as I waited on a ride home. I highly recommend. It’s clean, very professional and opened later than most urgent cares in the area. I will go back if I ever need services and they accept VA which is nice too!

Front desk receptionist was very patience and courteous. At first he couldnt find my health insurance on the system. He was very kind and professional, i was happy when he told me he was able to confirm my coverage. That was good news. I was feeling horrible and hated the thought of the possibility needing to go to the hodpital. Thanks for your amazing service. Kudos to him!

From intake to vitals to the initial visit,the atmosphere was so pleasant. Special thanks to the front line(lol)Jason and Joshua for the outstanding greeting and customer service. To my nurse tech Bridget you were amazing and made me feel so comfortable.. To Miss Ellen Little thank you for being so kind and personal. The speed of service was fairly good given the time I showed up. However, front staff needs a bit more training on processing health insurance. I was charged the full amount when I should have been paying just the copay that my plan sets. They assumed I had a deductible to meet before and that was not true. Now I’m left with having to deal with the billing department and my insurance to get a refund. Make sure you understand your benefits first. If I have to deal with that every time I go then I would rather find another provider. Otherwise the service was as expected.

I showed up here with a bleeding thumb due to my carelessness with a pair a scissors. It was literally three minutes before they closed, but I could not tell. Each staff person I came in contact with, from the front desk check-in, to the physician’s assistant, to the physician himself, were so patient and kind. They took me back quickly, the physician explained all options and answered all of my questions. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience at a time when I was panicking inside. Thank you all!!
