Cook Children's Pediatrics (Aubrey)

We have good experience here with Dr. Getting appointments is easy. But we had an issue with nurse appointments. I came at 9 am with an appointment at 9:15 for my 1 vaccination. They said they would do doc appointment 1st and after that nurse. What is the point of having nurse appointment then? I waited 50 mins after having an appointment !! Ridiculous. And that wait was with my 1 year girl.

Idk they told us to stop speaking 2 languages and stick to only one because they expect a 18 month old child to speak 10 words with perfect pronunciation 🤣 then the nurse jammed the vaccine into my 18 month old leg and told him to stop being so dramatic. Mind you we waited 20 minutes past our scheduled time to be seen 🤪 its so ridiculous I dont know whether to take them seriously or feel offended?? It was good but here is to 👋

I had my daughter's annual visit. Dr.Sridevi mentioned it's 3 vaccines due his time, but in the record Tdap was already given 6months before, this time my daughter got her Tdap again because of Dr.didnt check properly. Please be more careful with kids life and check the records twice though your schedules are busy ,give time to patient in checking the vaccination records carefully and giving the right medicine. I feel like not to recommend this Dr. To anyone now 😕

We really do love the front desk ladies and the rest of the staff, however just getting to this particular location is a complete mess!! I arrived just two minutes before my daughter’s appointment just because of the construction and traffic. It’s really a pain trying to figure out how to enter the parking lot and then trying to leave is a nightmare. I’ve decided to switch to another location just due to the traffic situation. Great staff and doctors, but where it’s located is awful.

My daughter and I had an awesome experience from the time we entered the office to the time we left. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Dr. Alapati was very interactive with my toddler as she played with her and took her time engaging her. She was very informative when discussing her symptoms and aftercare plan. It is very evident that she cares about her patients. I had no doubt that my daughter was in good hands!
