Our trip to the ER was terrifying after my daughter cut her hand on a broken glass bottle. We were incredibly shaken, but the team's hospitality and immediate action calmed us down right away. Nurse Ms. Melissa Viloria took care of my daughter with such a pleasant and reassuring bedside manner. She handled the stitches with expert precision and genuine kindness. Melissa is truly awesome and a credit to her profession—she turned a scary accident into a positive experience. We are so grateful for her care!"

My husband was recently admitted for a two-day stay, and the care he received was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and professional. They made sure he was comfortable, informed, and well cared for at every step. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and compassion shown during his stay. Highly recommend this hospital!

I came to this Baylor ER in Aubrey on December 5, 2025 at about 11:30 PM because I was in significant pain and discomfort from a breast issue. This visit was a complete failure on every level. The doctor rushed through a quick breast exam, offered nothing beyond ibuprofen, and gave contradictory advice saying he could do an X-ray but simultaneously suggesting I just wait for a proper mammogram and see my plastic surgeon. In short, he wasn’t actually willing to do anything to help me. No labs, no imaging, no treatment nothing. To make matters worse, after the exam and once the nurse had exited my room, I could clearly hear her laughing with others outside. This is an emergency room, not a place to mock patients who are in pain and seeking care. Their behavior was unprofessional, dismissi

This is the worst hospital I have ever been at. The head doctor doesn’t understand the concept of what rape means and why it might give someone anxiety many years later due to PTSD. They told me they were transferring me to one place because I needed a higher level of care for my injury and they completely cancelled it leaving me to choose between waiting many more hours or transferring somewhere else. During the time that they left me in the room for hours might I add, they did not give me sufficient care or medication. Stay far far away from here if you care about your loved ones.

Entire staff was professional yet warm and welcoming. Dana was very competent in her tasks. I felt I was in good hands from the beginning. She helped tremendously …making make a bad situation better.
