I was there on February 4 for a cleaning and to have one of my cavities filled. Thank you to Agita, who did my cleaning very nicely. She did a very good job. If it were only based on Agita’s service, I would give five stars. However, I had a terrible experience during the filling. After they started filling my tooth, I was left there without any updates while they went to see another patient. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for them to come back. I felt confused and didn’t know whether my procedure was finished or if I should leave. When I asked, I was told that the doctor had to see another patient and would come back after finishing with them. I understand that there is only one doctor, but why wasn’t I given an update? Why was I left waiting like that without any explanation? It was

My first visit. Dr. Bui was very professional and thorough, great personality. Office was clean and organized. Madina, my hygienist, was very professional and explained everything, I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. A little difficult to get to, but next to a liquor store. More dentists should be so considerate.

I accidentally ended up going here when I meant to make an appointment at a similar office, but I’m glad I did! Dr. Bui is down to earth, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. Her office staff and hygienists are also great, which for a lot of doctors, that can be what brings their reviews down, but not the case here.

My daughter and I have been coming here for the past few years and overall have had good experiences here with Dr Bui and staff. They make recommendations but are not pressuring but instead informative; plus when I have had questions, they are kind in their answers. Thank y'all. I have and will continue to encourage my husband to come here too 😊.

I can’t say enough about the office lady Leslie who helped me. She was kind and professional over the phone when scheduling, and even more wonderful in person. Her positive energy made me feel comfortable right away. From check‑in to check‑out, everything was smooth and stress‑free. I’ve already told my family and friends about this place. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before, its rare and deserves recognition!
