ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Initially, the experience was pretty good, the provider we saw was thorough and decently kind. However, A month after services, a $700 bill was sent to my wife. I explicitly stated our involvement with the veterans affairs, and the receptionist assured us that this was a "routine experience" for them. That they will just send the bill to the V.A., I asked if there was anything we needed to do otherwise to make sure everything went through smoothly and again, they stated to write down the social security number and that's all they needed. Since we were nearby in the area and had just received the bill, we figured we would run inside and see the best way to handle this before the bill hit the account. We got there right before close and they brought us back and eased my daughter's mind. They were amazing and listened to everything she was saying. When we left she said she completely trusted them when they said she would be alright. I couldn't thank them enough and I hope you know you have amazing staff!

Saw the doctor here who knew I needed to be seen at the ER and be admitted. When I went to the ER they were dismissive and sent me home. I collapsed when I walked through the door. I was able to get to the hospital and get the care I needed but I really appreciate that this doctor understood that I needed more care right away. I don’t remember her name but the people here really know what they’re talking about and I’d go here every time I can’t see my primary. I trust them fully.

I made an appt online. I arrived 15 minutes early (filled forms out ahead of time) the receptionist checked me in and within a few minutes the nurse called me in. Very quick service and the NP was nice too. Only downside was I waited a while for my X-ray results but they eventually told me the specialist was backed up and I could leave and they would call me.

I had a great experience with the Convenient Urgent Care in Bellingham. The place was very clean and well organized. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming people. From the nurses to the Doctors, everyone was impressive. They showed me respect, compassion and much professionalism. They provided the services with so much care and dedication.What I admired the most was the joking and the enthusiasm sides between the staff. Overall, I didn’t regret for having chosen them amongst other places in the town. Thank you so much for being king and professional people. I will definitely recommend you to anyone.
