Active Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Active PT. My 7 year old was seen by Alicia and Ray who were both very patient, kind and thorough. I feel like she got a lot out her visits and had a good understanding of what exercises she could do at home. She enjoyed her visits and often tried to repeat exactly what they showed her. I will also mention the front desk is very professional and friendly, they are great with answering any questions regarding insurance or appointments. We will definitely be back if we end up needing PT again! Thanks!

Nice enough facility and most of the staff is well trained. Unfortunately, they choose to completely ignore the required mask mandate. Despite a sign on the door stating masks are required, which they are, you immediately walk in and see two women at the front desk with no masks on. As well some of the therapists also choose to ignore this as well. I am sorry but considering most people there are recovering from surgery, joint replacements, etc, you would think they would care about the safety of their clients. Nope! And when brought to their attention, you are basically scoffed at. Plus, the space is relatively small. I may need therapy but do I have to lay there in the middle of the room and be massaged in front of everybody?? Completely horrifying. Lastly, they use an external billing c

The staff are good at what they do, but beware they have shady billing practices. We received surprise bills for services that were completed, processed, and paid for over a year ago. It's unethical and should be illegal. Is this the last bill we'll see? Who knows. I have no recourse but to warn others.

Only owe $120 and been disabled for a year, they haven’t tried to call me they just call a lawyer and try to bring me to court threatening me such a great place good job

I have been treated at both the Milford and Bellingham site's for different issues. They have always accompanied my schedule and most importantly I have always been pleased with treatment and friendliness of the staff.
