ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Set up early check in online, receptionist was kind and very helpful and set me up with a virtual Dr. while the Nurse took my vitals and tests. Super fast and easy. Dr. Was able to prescribe me medication and a work note, then was on my way… the person sitting next me that came in before me was still waiting to be seen. I was in and out within an hour. Great experience

ConvenientMD in Bangor was a wonderful place to receive urgent care for a stomach bug I had. The nurses and doctor were all kind and helpful. The wait wasn’t too long and I didn’t feel rushed.

Tried signing in at kiosk, after input it glitched. I went to the clerk at the desk, no smile, not friendly. Told me to go to the kiosk. Then I had to fill out paperwork on my phone. Much later someone called me to another desk for additional information about my insurance. And instead of calling the company told me to call. Instead I paid a$ 160 fee to be seen and waited hours, finally I was called back to a treatment room. After initial intake with a medical assistant, I waited longer, only to be told i need a CBC and they cant do it there. I should go to the hospital. Im expecting to be refunded the money. I have not thus far. Ive wasted the better part of a day. I would not recommend or return to convenient md.

Helpful and considerate staff, and setting up a reservation time ahead online made the transition into the care facility much more streamlined than expected. I didn't get an exact answer from my providers as to what was wrong with me, but the care routine they recommended was specific enough to help me curb my symptoms until I have felt better.

Was in and out of walk in care in two hours. Providers were friendly, efficient and thorough. The digital check in process worked fine for me but older patients may find it too much to process.
