Do not send your work here. It is absolutely amateurish. I sent a partial upper and it was was returned late, and the teeth were uneven, as if it was made by someone who has no clue about Dentistry

Be aware of the fee with this lab! There are hidden cost. This lab will charge you shipping fee (In & Out) per patient even when you try to save on the shipping by bundling multiple cases together. We sent multiple cases to them in 1 box to make 3 dentures. We were surprised to find out this lab charged shipping fee per patient regardless if we bundle them together, and didn't bother to call us even though we requested them on RX to ship out together. We called and were told by Velvet that we would need to send in a minimum of 3 cases from 3 different patients together with a coupon in order for them to credit the shipping.

We want to say Texas size thank you! Poindexter Dental, Inc. has been a customer since 2008. This company has been true to their word as a full-service laboratory. Their team of skilled lab techs are well schooled in the art of good communication and customer service; Paying attention to details and corrective service, they work to get each case done to perfection!

I gave them a bad rating a few month ago but wow they got it down. Let me explain about 8 years ago they came to court to support the dentist who was claiming that the check he had me sign 10 min after recovering from sergery should be exceptible. I felt like I was rapid but I didn't know what had happen till one week later when the $10,000 check I wrote him while recovering from sergery had bounced and my buds suffered as a result. The lab owner came to Santa batrbara court to support dr pinho the dentist to collect his money. The other part is the retainer they made me broke in half and never fitted my mouth. You have a lot of other options be carful from this lab and the owner,

Have used Continental for years and the quality of work has always been excellent. They have an absolute no fee remake in the occasional cases that don't fit. Always there for communication as well. Don't let the low prices deceive you, the work is very good and it helps me to pass the savings to the patient.
