The wait it horrible! I literally waited like 5 hours to be seen. They doctors aren’t professional they gave me medicine that was not effective and I was having side effects. I went back and they didn’t seem to care so instead they sent me to a gynecologists. The clinic just wants to take your money!! They have like 15 chairs inside and some people have to wait outside. I don’t understand why they keep taking people when they have no space for patients Inside. Don’t waste your time guys! They have so many other clinics that you can go to that speak Spanish too!!

They take way too long for a simple check up. I have waited here for up to 3 hours, and people came after me without appointments. They even ended up leaving before I did. Absolutely insane the amount of time you have to wait for a simple appointment.

Pharmacist couldn't read the prescription. Also the doctor forgot to give me a refill on my medicine that I've taken for months. Also got my name/DOB wrong even tho he had my correct info right next to him. Overall the doctor seemed to lack professionalism. The one that wrote my prescription didn't even get up from his office chair. And the second doctor that looked over me seemed a bit tired/lost. Overall mediocre experience and won't return.

If I could give this hospital a zero I would I went there and the doctor told me I had a hernia and that I need a surgery I was really scared then I went to the hospital and the doctor told me I was fine that there was not hernia on my body.... lack of professionalism
