Connecticut GI: South Windsor

I had a great experience at my last appointment. I was stuck in traffic and was going to miss it. Instead of rescheduling, I was able to have a telehealth appointment. I love the staff. And Dr. Arianna Youell is fantastic! She really listens to all my GI issues and is persistent in finding solutions to my GI problems.

Excellent care! Very nice pro staff. Even calling them on the phone is a pleasurable experience. They did my upper GI. I was nervous but the doc and anesthesiologist and the nurses all took such good care of me and calmed me right down. The entire experience was terrific.

Arianna Youell, PA was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, and thorough. You can tell she loves what she does, and enthusiastically shares her knowledge. I left feeling all my questions were answered and some I didn't even think to ask. I would highly recommend!

Staff is very nice once you can get an appointment. It took 3 weeks for me to get through to the office. 3 months to get an appointment than the appointment was cancelled within days of the date. They couldn't reschedule for another 3 months. I'm not a new patient. What happens if I had a major issue.

Did anyone get a survey after their procedure? I really would like to fill one out. I request an all women's team and they were more than happy to accommodate. Which made me very com- fortable It was the nurse who was assigned to me during recovery, that I have concerns with. I don't want to go into detail in A review but would like to complete an survey. I call the office to inquire about a survey but have not received one .
