Conestoga Eye

Our first experience at Conestoga was mixed. Our appointment was at 915 and the building opens at 9. So, I thought we’d be the first ones to go in. But, not the case. We weren’t taken back until maybe 20 minutes or so after our appointment time and there was absolutely nothing in the lobby to keep my two young kids busy. So, we sat there for about 30 mins, waiting, and trying to keep kids under control. They really should have a child area with cartoons and toys if they are going to be serving children on a regular basis. The pediatric team was nice and experienced with children. They had specialized tests for kids and tvs in the exam rooms. My son was able to watch his favorite show during the exam, which kept him still and focused. The desk staff was pleasant, but not overly friendly

From scheduling to check out, the team made things so easy. During my visit, every employee was kind, helpful and empathetic. I felt cared for which means so much when dealing with a vision issue. The exam was thorough, explanations were clear, treatment recommended and follow up detailed. Dr. Sara Berteramo even looked at me at the end of the appointment and said, “you’ll feel better soon, trust me”. It was so reassuring.

Dr. Woodall and her team are amazing. They have taken such great care of my son and monitoring his unique vision issue since we started going to Conestoga Eye in 2022. They are beyond thorough and I know my son is getting top notch care

Kristie (Optical Manager) took great care of us. Our 12-year old daughter needed both prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. She made suggestions and accommodated us. We are extremely satisfied with the selections and the hospitality Kristie provided.

This was our first visit to Conestoga Eye, the appt was for my 4 year old. They were great with him. They had patience and used child theme items when doing all his test as to make sure he'd pay attention and participate without hesitation. Great staff, highly recommend.
