Cone Health Primary Care at Welden Village

I had a wonderful experience at Cone Health with my primary care provider Dr.Rucker, MD and her assistant Karla. They were both professional, kind, and attentive during my visit. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s refreshing to receive healthcare with compassion and genuine concern. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality and supportive care.

Front the moment I walked in for my appointment,such great hospitality the receptionist was very nice and polite. Dr Rucker nurse was awesome as well very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Dr Rucker thank God for her, I had to do some searching goggle searching to find her since leaving the eden area. From the time she walks in the room you can feel the pleasant feeling and helpful, understanding and patience with listening to what you are feeling not rushing you out the door. The lady in the lab was very pleasant ☺️ and caring as well. If anyone needing a caring Physicians I say Cone Health Care at Welden Village I would say this is the place for you. Very polite staffing! The environment was very pleasant. I think I have found my medical home😁The only this was the lab tech was unable to draw my blood, that was a bummer....Dr. Rucker was marvelous and really listens to your concerns, thank you.

Dr. Alethea Rucker is very knowledgeable and friendly. She’s always just a phone call away if you need her for anything! You would be wise too to place your trust in her. She’s great!

My recent visit with Dr. Karen R. Dolby was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the experience felt rushed and inattentive. When I tried to explain my symptoms and the pain I was actively experiencing, she showed little to no concern. It felt as if she wasn’t listening or taking my discomfort seriously, which made the appointment even more frustrating. She also seemed to overlook important details, including my blood pressure review, and didn’t appear to pay attention to what I was saying about my condition and pain. On top of that, after waiting for the appointment, I was told at the last minute to reschedule for my blood work showing a lack of respect for my time and situation. Overall, the visit reflected poor communication, lack of empathy, and careless attention to patie
