Concur Urgent & Primary Care Clinic - Norcross, GA

I tripped and twisted my foot, which turned out to be a muscle sprain 🦶😣. Luckily, this urgent care was open on a Saturday! 🙌 I called ahead, and they actually picked up the phone (rare these days 😅). I was able to set an appointment within the hour. The front desk staff was super friendly and polite 😊 — no attitude at all. They asked me to fill out a quick form, and since I gave them my insurance info and group ID over the phone, check-in was really smooth. Once I arrived, they took my weight and a few details, and I was seen by the doctor within about 20 minutes ⏱️. The doctor was so nice — she listened carefully, asked good questions, and decided we should do an X-ray to make sure there wasn’t a fracture. I had such a great experience at this urgent care today. The office was very clean, calm, and well-organized not overcrowded or hectic like many urgent cares can be. I was seen quickly and the whole visit felt smooth and efficient. I was treated by Dr. Binh, and she was truly one of the most knowledgeable and kind physicians I’ve met. She took her time, listened to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. I never felt rushed, and her bedside manner was outstanding. Because of how thorough and compassionate she was, I’m honestly considering switching and making her my primary care provider. This is the best health care I’ve ever received. Elizabeth is wonderful very thoughtful and thorough. She listens with concern and understanding and will make sure all of health care needs are met . She explains carefully so that you can understand and allows you time to ask questions. I felt very comfortable with sharing how I feel and the things that are happening in my body. This is now my primary care and I’m happy I found them. The young ladies at the front desk are wonderful as well.

My sweetheart had been experiencing some terrible back pain and we went to two different Kaiser offices of which the first in Decatur were she racially profiled us and then gave us HORRIBLE advice, claiming that she didn’t need any x-rays at all, kept pressing us on pregnancy and birth control? When we’re there for severe back pain? Said she wasn’t going to prescribe anything and sent us off with some physical therapy? Thanks a lot Kaiser👎 Then we go to Kaiser Advance Care Center where we waited an hour in a wheel chair just for the intake nurse to stop EVERYTHING when she learned that the accident happened at work. She said, “sorry, we can’t touch you, we don’t do ANY workers comp because they won’t pay us…and quickly ushered us out. Then we came to CONCUR u
