Concentra Urgent Care

I had to go to Concentra Urgent Care for a drug screen and TB test, and the experience was great. The staff provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful. They got me in and out quickly, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing occupational health services.

This place is cool The two gals at the front desk could not have been more helpful. They were fantastic! the MA that took me back to the room to do the weight and all that, was wonderful, very personable. However, the doctor was a little bit condescending and as a 70 year-old woman I did not appreciate that, but I know he’s busy and I know he does these type of appointments by the hundreds So I give him some slack.

Pretty thorough for being a walk-in urgent care clinic. My government employer uses this facility for all workmen comp injury claims. After my third visit, I was quickly discharged and on my way to resume work with no restrictions.

The new staff at this location is much easier to work with and not judgemental. The past doctors a year ago I would have given a 2 star. I give the new doctor a 5 star, but if next visit goes as well as this appointment, I'll give them that last star.

Very easy process from check in at front desk, quick response by staff who were kind and knowledge! I went for a drug screen for a new job, but they are a VA authorized urgent care. They have a nice waiting room as well
