Concentra Urgent Care

The experience was one to always remember. The speedy process from front desk, the Management and the doctors was considerate of their clients daily schedule. The management went far and beyond ensuring that I made the best results. During my visit all I experienced was smiles. Concentra superseded my expectations.

The people were wonderful but im only complaint was the lady at the front desk. She was getting mildly frustrated with me because she gave me instructions I didnt quite understand. I did as she said and I finally said "you're not being specific with what you need so I dont understand". And then took the matter into her own hands to finish it and then that was that. She wasn't rude but I didnt like how she went about it.

Friendly staff, quick turn around times, getting a DOT physical scheduled was quick and effortless! The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to complete my DOT physical quickly and efficiently! Much better than the Concentra on Baseline Road! 5 ⭐️ well deserved in my opinion!

Well, majority of the staff was excellent. I had a minor issue with a staff member, but my biggest complaint is I came ready to give a sample and it’s still after advising staff that I was ready while signing in took 50 minutes.

When to concentra for a DOT physical. The sign in was easy staff was helpful and the wait time to be called was short. Everyone I had contact with were friendly and professional.
