Concentra Urgent Care

Staff was awesome and pleasant! That makes a big difference when we all braving this -40 below weather for weeks. They were courteous and just attentive to their patients. Good job staff♡ 👏

The receptionist and nurse were lovely. They were super friendly, helpful, and quick! Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like the doctor listened at all. As soon as the rapid covid/ influenza test came back negative, she was unwilling to listen or address any other possibilities to treat the respiratory systems that my inhaler couldn’t keep up with. I understand that she is the only doctor on staff but she wasn’t willing to take the 2 minutes to listen. My visit was a waste of time and money. I left with no answers, treatment/ symptom management, and the statement “if you’re still having coughing fits and persistent asthma attacks in a week or so come back to see me.”

Best friendly service ran into a small paperwork issue. They were very helpful to reach out make the contacts and resolve the issue so I would not have to make a return visit. Very nice people.

They were busy that day, waited from 1:15 to 4:15, 3 people came in after me, ended up getting called before me, wasnt able to do the things i had planned after physical because got out at 5:00 when everything was closed. Staff was pleasant though.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Did not take long to fill out the proper paperwork. Was back to work in moments. I highly recommend this company for use in drug testing its new and current employees.
