Concentra Urgent Care

My company's annual exam started with receiving a text and link. The link had me re-enter the information I had completed on the hardcopy form, I completed before I arrived on site. I should have elected to wait in my car dur to the crowded waiting room. That took about twenty to thirty minutes I did not need to deal with on my small screen cell phone! I was there about 2 and 1/2 hours. Looking back I was only 30 minutes beyond the estimated exam time frame. So I guess for s medial appointment that's as good as it gets! 🤣🥸🤣

Went in for drug screening for new employment. I did a walk in and I was out by no time. The ladies in the back who administered the screening were energetic and made the establishment feel like a fun place to be.

The staff were very professional yet friendly, my appointment was a walk-in, When I got to their facility, they had not received my paperwork from the company that handles our medical for employees but the front desk agent handled all that for me. As busy as they get, they got my paperwork going and completed my examination in a timely manner. Would definitely return to the facility in the future for any required exams.

Overall a very nice and well organized team. Whole process took just over an hour, which is way better than other centres used by my colleagues. Team is well trained and guided me through the process at every stage. Will highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to get Pre-Access Physical done.

Very professional and efficient, I was there for a DOT physical. I've done quite a few in my life but they make it easier. Yiu fill out the stuff on your phone then they call you back. Very clean facility Very professional staff. If you need a DOT physical I would highly recommend.
