Dr. Joe is the best in his line of work. During my first marathon training, I kept getting the worst pains in my inner thigh. He unlocked all of that tightness and set me up for success. not only was I able to finish the marathon, I did so injury free. His program is great for those who are training for races between his at home workout assignments and his treatment sessions. I cannot recommend him enough. I've been seeing Joe regularly for physical therapy since 2021. I originally saw Joe for a hernia, but Joe has helped with so much more, including foot strike issues and postural issues resulting in arm pain from years of working on a computer. Joe is so knowledgable about body mechanics, and the number of exercises stored in his brain is truly impressive. The exercises he provides are never 'generic,' they are thoughtful to what I'm dealing with in each session and what Joe observes in the session. The quality of care and learning Joe provides is A+++.
