After years of struggling with intense TMJ pain, I finally found relief thanks to Dr. Ringhofer and his team. They guided me through a year-long splint program, and it's truly the first time I've felt true relief. What really sets them apart is Dr. Ringhofer's commitment to patient education—he took the time to explain exactly what was happening and walked me through all of my treatment options. The staff is just as wonderful; they're genuinely kind people who made me feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.

The staff is amazing. They were very accommodating and understanding of my nervousness with dental work and they fit me in so I could be pain-free at my wedding in 5 weeks. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and the assistant helped me to stay calm by talking to me and encouraging me throughout the whole filling process. I really hate going to the dentist usually, but I didn’t mind coming here. This practice is by far the best I’ve been to.

Dr. Ringhoffer and Taryn are great but very unprofessional office staff. Katie is beyond rude and speaks over you. Had a service done in May, my husband’s insurance covered half I was responsible for the other half. Ran into some medical issues due to postpartum was out of work and could not pay my balance in time before it was sent to collections in December. My husband has been bombarded with calls and letters from collections stating he was a patient on the date that I was serviced when he clearly was not. His credit took a hit and mine did not. Just because his insurance paid a portion of my bill does not mean he is responsible for the ENTIRE bill. It’s unfortunate how careless your office staff is. The front desk staff is extremely kind and welcoming, and greeted me with smiles even though I was a late in the day add on as a new patient. I’m impressed with Dr. Ringhofer and the time he took with me, and his assistant was so sweet as well. No pain during or after my procedure either.

The staff at Complete Dentistry are very kind, welcoming, and make you feel at home. My 4 year old was definitely nervous to attend the first dentist visit and my child left Complete Dentistry very excited for her next appointment, which is amazing knowing a lot of kids dread going to the dentist.
