I am extremely impressed with this dental office and the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and so friendly. The entire staff made the experience smooth and comforting, especially for a child who can easily feel nervous at appointments. The dental hygienist/assistant was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring. They explained everything in a way that made the visit easy and stress-free. The dentist was just as amazing — kind, professional, and very attentive. They took their time, never rushed, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything. Dr. Walczek explains procedures well, has a good bedside manner, is thorough, honest, and a great dentist. He does not recommend unnecessary procedures. The support staff is experienced, personable and help to put me at ease during procedures. Rita assisted with my last procedure and made it a more pleasant experience. (Let's face it, dental procedures are not always fun so this is important.) Omy has cleaned my teeth several times and is gentle and does a terrific job. She is kind, sweet, and a pleasure to see. Finally, the front staff have consistently been helpful with insurance questions and flexible when I needed to change appointments. I appreciate them. Overall, this is a great practice and I would recommend.

The services at Orland Oaks Dental are excellent. Everyone in the office is polite and friendly. One of the things I appreciate about this dental practice is that all treatments are performed carefully and professionally with minimal discomfort. Everyone is very skilled at their craft. I have been coming here for years! I refered all of my friends and family. Dr. Walczak is kind and knowledgeable. The hygienists Amanda and Omy are compassionate and gentle with the cleanings. The team never pushes for unnecessary procedures and truly have a patient centered approach for treatment. Aside from their superb work, the office gives you a spa like feel while you get your teeth cleaned and has a well kept office. It’s hard to find a dental team that is compassionate and does excellent work. This place is a hidden gem.

I would highly recommend Orland Oaks Dental to anyone looking for top notch dental care. They are always friendly, professional and welcoming as well as treat you with care and concern individual from the office staff to the hygienists, assistants and dentists. They offer perks as well including anything to make your visit comfortable including blankets, neck pillows or your choice of aroma mists for relaxation! What could be better?
