I am so grateful for everything Nicole taught me that led to strengthening of my pelvic floor and an end to my pain. She is a skilled professional who made me feel very comfortable from the initial assessment. Nicole created an atmosphere of encouragement that helped me focus on targeted movements. She was mindful of my personal goals and adjusted them based on my progress, always motivating. We worked on increasing mobility and strengthening of my core. I looked forward to my sessions and felt energized leaving each appointment. I gained useful information that has become a regular part of my day without feeling like a chore. She helped me become aware of my own body movements and what helped me progress toward wellness. I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am of Nicole's caring

I have had the pleasure of working with Kristen, Kat and Sarah and I cannot say enough good things about them. Unfortunately, I have required PT for pelvic floor, three rotator cuff repairs, back injuries and numerous other medical issues that required me to seek out therapy. I always come back to BPT because it is a wonderful facility with exceptionally talented physical therapists. The women who work at the front desk, Kasia and Brie, are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They are accommodating regarding appointments when possible and work with you to sort out insurance issues if necessary. I initially saw Kristen for pelvic floor therapy and later Sarah. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists treat you with the utmost professional care and evaluate your needs. Christine, Sarah and Kat went above and beyond to help me rehab my knee after TKR, I couldn't be happier with the results. I don't even know where to begin! Beyond PT is amazing! I started going to see Kristen when I was about 4 months postpartum to work on my pelvic floor. She has made drastic changes to my body from head to toe. Kristen has also helped significantly with my low back pain, deep breathing, and more. Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable, and she is so easy to talk to. I always look forward to every session, because I leave there feeling like a new person :). Every other member of the team at Beyond PT is so genuine and friendly. Truly, 5 stars isn't enough!
