Complete Dental Care at West Bird

Dr. Franco and all the staff at Complete Dental Care at Westbird were wonderful. They took me in on an emergency basis and took great care of me. The facility is top notch. I highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience at Complete Dental Care at West Bird. I came in for a routine cleaning, and from the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. My hygienist, Anais, was incredibly gentle and explained every step of the process, which really put me at ease. She was thorough and really took an interest in making sure my teeth were spotless. Dr. Kristen Whittingham was also incredible. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. I have been going to this practice for more than 20 yrs. My dental hygienist is Mirta and I love her. She treats me with care, is very gentle and thorough. The previous dentist who took care of my teeth for that many years retired and the new dentist is professional, attentive and has already done some work and I’m very satisfied.

I was a patient at Complete Dental Care for over 10 years. When Dr. Nullman Feinberg and her family was there it was fantastic. Now the new dentist/ company took over and they have unlawful billing practices. I had 2 services between January and February. They quoted me and charged me based on their estimate $433.60. Once the claims were processed by the insurance, the insurance determined I as only responsible for $221. I reached out in September for a refund of $212.60. They claimed that the insurance had processed one of the claims incorrectly (out of network v in network) when I double checked the claim, this was false and I sent them a copy of the EOB. I have requested a refund four times in writing and they ignore me. They have called me to say to be patient. Its now November and on
