Complete Care at Madison

I gave a 1 because there is not nothing below it. Very bad management, the phones do not work, you cannot leave a message for anyone. My brother got moved to another room and nobody cares to let me know. I found out on my own. I would not recommend to bring family members in here. They have the worse social worker i ever seen. Please do not bring your loved ones in here.

If I could do 0 stars I would!! Negligence which ended up killing my father and not even 1 phone call to check on him or send condolences in fact Alex, the director of nursing, saw us and ducked into his office to avoid talking to us after finding out Dad passed....disgraceful, and disgusting behavior..This place is terrible ....stay away from all Complete Care facilities! Ignore the fake positive ratings as they are 1000 % untrue!

Staff are friendly, courteous and attentive to the needs of my father in law and to my wife and I when visiting. The important part is he's happy and comfortable there getting the care he needs

Complete Care at Madison is a wonderful facility with a welcoming and compassionate staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and dedication of their team. A special thank you to Eileen for her excellent coordination and to Sam for sharing her valuable insight about their services. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. Highly recommended!

Eileen Medina was wonderful to work with. Listened to our concerns and helped make sure my brother was well taken care of. Very hard working and dedicated professional who has a heart of gold.
