my kids use to see Stacy for a while & when she left she made sure to remind me they will be taken care of with Sarah and now we won’t see anyone but Sarah ! Cant even schedule an appointment anymore?? Parents do work and need to schedule their time, and cannot just rely on "call the day you want to come in and we'll see if theres any availability". Not to mention the past several appointments have taken 30-45 minutes to even be seen by anyone. Its a shame to see what was once a well respected practice go downhill so fast.

In 2020, My husband and I noticed our daughters left eye wandering outward at nearly 16 months old. We were concerned so we made an appointment with Dr. Terasaka in which they could see us about a week later, we were told it looks like a lazy eye and the most a specialist will probably do is patch the good eye and that they have seen worse. They said my daughter looks like she has different shaped eyes and it may look like her eye is drifting but he will refer us to a specialist if we wanted, which of course we did. We were then referred to Dr. Merriam at upstate who found a congenital unilateral cataract immediately. We were told she needed surgery within the next 2-3 weeks to prevent vision loss in her left eye and referred us to another specialist at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rocheste

After the loss of Doctor T. This place has done nothing but decline and neglect their patients and duties as an office. I wouldn’t send a child here if it was your last option. Keep looking .

Wouldn’t let us schedule until they had medical records sent over from previous pediatrician. Got it sent over, and they still knew nothing about my child’s medical history. Tried to talk to doctor about concerns at annual, told me it wasn’t the appointment for it. Brought child back again and explained to receptionist why I was coming in. Saw PA this time and again they tried to tell me “this wasn’t the appointment for what I needed.” This office is money hungry and very weird. They also have a history of calling CPS on families. They did mine, the senior doctor of the ER actually apologized and agreed this pediatrician and the way they handled everything was completely inappropriate. They will also harass you.
