Community Health Associates

This place needs to find new front desk staff. I called to make an appointment having never been here before, the woman asked my date of birth and who my doctor was. I said I didn't have a doctor, so after clarifying that I had never been seen there before she snarkily told me "you should have started off with that one hun". Why didn't you start off by asking me if I had been there before? That immediately lets me know that I should look elsewhere

I can only say I am very satisfied about the attention I have received from Community Health Associates but, more specifically from Michelle Young. Not only has she taken the time to listen to my concerns but also went out of her way to follow up on an important referral during a very critical health issue I experienced. Se quickly put together the necessary paperwork for the specialist, sent it over and then followed up with phone calls to his office and to me until everything was set. I am very grateful to her efforts and to the attention, patience and professionalism she has demonstrated every time I have been to the office.

I have been a patient at Community Health Associates for over 20 years! They have a wonderful staff and team of doctors who care and connect with me about my health and take the time to ensure that I receive the proper attention on every visit. I have always received the best quality of attention and care. I would recommend anyone looking for quality of care with great staff and doctors to make an appointment. You will not be disappointed!!!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Community Health Center. They are very thorough in their physicals and ask questions about your health and lifestyle that are essential to a positive physical experience. The office staff was knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I love having the security of knowing my doctor is right around the corner to help, or a phone call away.

I just moved to Newtown and am looking for a Doctor. They claim they open at 8am but the phones were not turned on until 8:30am. I waited in a que at 8:30 for over 10 minutes - never to hear from anyone ... yikes.
