It’s not great. I can never get someone to answer the phone. I have had to go in person to get any communication. They struggled to submit a pre authorization and my insurance had to call them because they insisted it was impossible to do. They didn’t put enough information in on the initial pre authorization so it got denied. I had to appeal and properly explain everything and it did get approved after my explanation. They did not send the order for the MRI and now I’m more than likely going to have to go there in person to get it sorted. I’ve been dealing with an ankle injury since October. I thought I broke it and went to the ER. The ER took an xray and sent me on my way with no pain management. I went here for follow up because the pain was not getting better and I was essentially hob

My family and I visited Community Family Clinic in Idaho Falls on Tuesday, 12/16/25 at 9:15 a.m. for our immigration health examination, and we had an excellent experience. The entire process was fast, well-organized, and very efficient. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and truly took great care of our family. Special thanks to Dr. Joshua Stringam, Nicole, and the wonderful staff who helped with our blood draw and guided us through filling out all the paperwork. When we made mistakes on our forms, Nicole was incredibly patient and even reprinted every single page for us. We are also very grateful to the two front desk ladies for their friendly customer service and warm welcome. I had an OB appointment booked but just got bad vibes so I didn’t go. I had some questions the day before but got frustrated cause every time I called I never was able to get ahold of someone and only half the time someone would return my calls. Being pregnant I just think it’s important to have good communication with my drs.

I honestly have never had a more better experience at a doctors office than this one. The staff were friendly and patient, but the doctor ended up listening to my concerns, and even gave an explanation as to why the symptoms i had, appeared. He helped me by giving me tips to soothe my symptoms. I didnt catch his name, but doctor nathan cross maybe was it. I really appreciated my visit with this specific doctor! Thanks for listening and for making me feel heard! Its kind of hard to find that in the doctor field these days, I really appreciate it 😊😊

Don't go here for anything if you need it right away. I have a benign heart murmur that I needed to get cleared so I could donate plasma. I went in and got blood drawn and verbally cleared. that was over a month ago. they said they would fax the paperwork to BioLife so that I could start donating. It took me calling and leaving a message 5 times with only one call back from a nurse telling me I would need to be seen again in order to get this taken care of. I finally got the paperwork and the doctor didn't sign it. In what world do we not have doctors sign paperwork? I've worked in a medical office and that crap never happened. On top of all this I have a $200+ bill from them and can't pay it because I can't donate to bring in more cash for my family.
